Hash Hut Pop-Up at Blue Boar Pub

We’re thrilled to welcome cult street food favourite Hash Hut to Westminster for an exclusive eight-week pop-up – taking over our kitchen every Friday with their signature hash brown creations, reimagined for Blue Boar.

This is Hash Hut like you’ve never seen it before. Enjoy an elevated take on their signature dishes – from caviar and crème fraîche-topped hash browns to soy-braised beef cheek with crispy chilli, all built on their iconic golden base.

From late November, don’t miss the Christmas Hash Brown Sandwich, a festive special stacked with pulled turkey, stuffing, bacon and pickled walnut ketchup.

New Year’s Eve 

Step into the heart of Westminster this New Year’s Eve as Blue Boar Pub transforms into the ultimate celebration spot – where great food, live music, and festive cheer carry you into 2026.

Begin your evening with our À La Carte menu, available until 23:30 and filled with the comforting British favourites you love. As midnight approaches, we’ll move to a special late-night menu from 23:30 to 01:00 – perfect for keeping the celebrations going. With doors open until 02:00, there’s plenty of time to toast to new beginnings.

Enjoy live music until 1:00am, setting the perfect atmosphere as you raise a glass, savour great food, and welcome the new year in true Blue Boar style.

The Great British Brunch 

Introducing the Great British Brunch at Blue Boar Pub.

We’re serving classics like you’ve never seen them before with our brand-new weekend brunch menu, packed with proper British favourites with a bold, signature Blue Boar twist. Crack into Duck Eggs & Soldiers, ultimate breakfast sarnies, or satisfy your sweet tooth with eggy bread topped with raspberry and mint cream. 

Upgrade this experience even further with 90 minutes of bottomless bubbles, the perfect way to start your weekend.

The menu is available every Saturday from 12pm – 4pm.

Festive Drinks

Celebrate the season at Blue Boar Pub with our new Festive Drinks Menu, crafted to bring a little extra warmth and cheer to your winter gatherings. Indulge in the Toffee Apple Old Fashioned, a rich and spiced twist on a classic, or unwind with the Fig & Walnut Manhattan, smooth, nutty, and perfectly suited to a winter’s evening. For something truly comforting, our Mulled Wine fills the air with the scent of the season – best enjoyed beside good company and glowing lights.

Blue Boar Pub’s Christmas Menu

Savour the spirit of the season at Blue Boar Pub. Begin with Roasted Garlic & Pumpkin Soup with sage croutons before enjoying a traditional Roast Bronze Turkey with all the trimmings, and finish with a classic Christmas Pudding and brandy butter. Priced at £36 for two courses or £42 for three, dishes are also available individually.

For something a little more indulgent, try the Hash Hut x Blue Boar Christmas Sandwich — a hearty stack of hash browns, pigs in blankets patty, sprout and onion slaw, herb stuffing, and a rich gravy dip.

Then join George Diaz to wrap up the weekend in style with his Sunday night sets. Born and bred in London, George’s set list ranges from cultured radio-friendly tunes to dreamy campfire R&B.

Their much-loved Thanksgiving Menu returns on Thursday, 27th November, inviting you to enjoy a traditional feast with friends and family in elegant surroundings. The menu features dishes such as Maple Roast Cumbrian Turkey, with Creamed Green Beans and Wild Mushrooms, Brussels Sprouts and Smoked Chestnuts, and Duck Fat Hasselback Potatoes with Herb Stuffing, finishing with a decadent Blackcurrant and Chestnut Mont Blanc.
