This January, the Blue Boar Pub welcomes the colder months with a menu of comforting pub classics, perfect for relaxed lunches and cosy evenings.
Our Winter Warmers menu features familiar favourites, from a generous sharing board of chilli-salted crispy squid, coronation chicken Scotch egg and a Blue Boar sausage roll, to warming starters like mushroom and thyme soup with Stilton croutons and caramelised shallot.
Hearty mains include wild boar and apple sausages with buttery mash, grilled hispi cabbage and red onion gravy, alongside our vegetarian Ruby Murray. Finish on a classic sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream.
Pair your meal with a winter cocktail or choose from our non-alcoholic wines for a lighter January option. Warm, familiar and full of flavour, January at the Blue Boar is all about easy winter comfort.

Then join George Diaz to wrap up the weekend in style with his Sunday night sets. Born and bred in London, George’s set list ranges from cultured radio-friendly tunes to dreamy campfire R&B.
